As I hinted last time, I have an unhealthy love for reality tv. I have come to terms with myself and I refuse to feel guilty about it. Cooking shows are my kryptonite of late. And I've fallen in love with Asian flavors. And before I lose you, very basic things in your kitchen count as Asian. So here’s to feeling posh by bringing a bit of Asian to your table. This hot and sweet chicken dish will tick all your flavor boxes. Why have basic chicken when you can have this?😏
You'll need
Chicken pieces
1 tbsp ginger paste
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vinegar
1tbsp tomato sauce
Chilli as preferred
Preheat oven at 180c
Rub salt, and ginger paste on the chicken pieces. Place on a try without crowding and put in oven.

Cook chicken for 30 minutes on both sides.
In a sauce pan. Simmer the soy sauce, honey, vinegar and tomato sauce into a thick reduction. Coat the chicken in the hot and sweet sauce and return to the oven for 10-15 mins.

Remove from oven and serve with any side dish you want.

Forget finger licking good, this is lip smacking good!

Enjoy folks!
